Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.01.0 version, Billing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When users update anything in the Subscription product(billing frequency, pricing, term) and click on "Generate Billing Schedule" then billing summary is not updated with the correct information. When it is clicked the second time, the billing schedule is generated correctly.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users expect the billing schedule to be generated upon the first click.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Update some field values
2. Click on Generate Billing Schedule
3. Billing schedule is not generated
