Purchase Order Webservice

Attempt to update Requester via Purchase Order webservice fails with error :



ERROR
-----------------------

PO_ATTR_NOT_DETERMINED

A value for the attribute RequesterId couldn't be  determined

The problem is specific to one purchase order/ one requester.

The requester information passed in the payload is valid. 



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to change the price/requester via webservice
2. Response shows error: 

PO_ATTR_NOT_DETERMINED

A value for the attribute RequesterId couldn't be determined.
