Symptoms

 

23B - Purchasing:

Few sample scenario:

When trying to generate Purchase Order (PO) using Process requisition, the client is receiving  ORA-29861: DOMAIN INDEX IS MARKED LOADING/FAILED/UNUSABLE EXCEPTION .


Generate PO Steps:
1. Navigate to Procurement
2. Click on Purchase Order;
3. Create New Order 
4. Fill in the required data
5. Click on Create
6. Clicked on 'Create' button and it takes to a new Window wherein  getting the error- The Document was deleted. (PO-2055361).

Or BPA search problem:

  1. Trying to edit the BPA.
  2. Customer getting a blank white screen and got stuck upon clicking on Edit BPA

23A/23B: Supplier:

Few sample scenario:

Supplier key word search:

1. Navigate to Procurement
2. Click on Suppliers
3.Manage Suppliers
4. enter supplier in basic keyword search no result return

OR:

  1. Trying to update the Site of any supplier, the following error appears:
    An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
    An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 29, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_1, Application Name: ORA_FSCM_UIAPP.2.
  2. When we try to create new supplier, it remains in status Error, When clicking on Error the following message appears:
    Java.lang.nullPointer exception.
