ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While importing Contracts Attachments, the description is automatically updated even if the CSV file has the description column left empty


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The description is expected to be empty after import and not populated with the attachment name

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a CSV file
2. Let the description column empty for the attachments
3. The description is populated with the attachment name after import, even though the description column was empty in the CSV file
