ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Cannot update Subscription Number after activating auto numbering profile
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
To enable automatic numbering according to BU, for one of the BU we still want to manually update the number.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create one subscription
2. The subscription number is generated automatically cand not be add manual as expected
