ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Discount Adjustments are being applied on the Billing Lines before Pricing Term Adjustments are applied.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Discounts Adjustments should be applied after pricing Term Adjustments are applied on Billing Lines.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set list price with Pricing Terms Adjustment to Markup 5%
2. Add Discount percent adjustment. For example 50%
3. Click on Price Adjustment and see that Discount Adjustment applied before the Price Term Adjustment.
4. Change the Sequence number of Discount Adjustment to a greater number in the sequence order.
5. Observe the Discount Adjustment still getting applied before the Price Term Adjustment.
