ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

For extended warranty type of product, the migrated subscriptions are showing an additional 0 amount bill lines. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
According to this approach, only the charge adjustment values should appear at Billing Summary.

STEPS
-----------------------
Import Files Sequence:
1. Subscription Header
2. Subscription Product
3. Subscription Product Charge
4. Covered Level (As this is an Extended Warranty type of product)
5. Covered Level Charge
6. Covered Level Charge Adjustment (Subscription Charge Adjustment)
7. Subscription Header with 'Generate Billing Schedule' as Y.
