Custom Application Composer Events Not Triggering
Customer has a custom Application Composer Object in which events are published for updates to the records. They subscribe to these events downstream in OIC and then publish those to fulfillment systems.
User turned off the listeners and created a big number of records and then turned the listeners back on and the messages are not received.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect messages to be received after "Listener" was turned back on.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Turn off "Listener" custom Application Composer Object.
2. Process new records.
3. Turn on "Listener" and observe that messages are not longer being received.
