Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Multiple billing lines are being randomly generated for a Subscription Product with only a One Time Charge.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Product with only a One Time Charge has only one charge/billing line.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
1. Create a Subscription with an old Start Date (e.g. 1st Oct 2022).
2. Add a product that has only a One Time charge, no recurring charges with the same Start Date.
3. Make sure the Billing Schedule is generated.
4. Update the Start Date of the Product via REST or UI to a later date (e.g. 1st Jan 2023).
5. * Don't generate the Billing Schedule again.
6. Activate the Subscription.
7. Run the "Fetch Pricing Information and Generate Billing Schedule" ESS Job.
- Tools -> Scheduled Processes -> Schedule New Process -> Search for the ESS job "Fetch Pricing Information and Generate Billing Schedule" -> Ok and Submit.
8. Notice multiple Bill Lines are created for the One Time Charge (untill 30th April 2023).
