Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Importing Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) at Subscription Summary level fails with error in the import logs.


ERROR
----------------------

The record didn't load because of an exception. Rerun the import.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Create and deploy a Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) at Subscription Summary level.

2. Download the Subscription Descriptive Flexfield template.

Import Management > Import Objects > Subscription Descriptive Flexfield

3. Populate the Subscription Descriptive Flexfield template with the following data:

SubscriptionNumber

SubscriptionId

Attribute1

4. Create an Import activity using the Subscription Descriptive Flexfield object.

5. Submit the Import activity to run the import.

6. Observe the import failing with the error in the import log.
