FA:SCM:MNT Asset Page Is Rendered As Read Only Even With Full Access (Doc ID 2973801.1)

Asset page is rendered as read only even with 'Maintenance Manager' role and users are not able to edit the asset details and record meter readings,  If 'Quality Engineer' role is assigned  to the same user.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Assign 'Quality Engineer' & 'Maintenance Manager' Role to an user
2. Go to Supply Chain Execution -> Maintenance Management
3. On the task list select Manage Assets
4. Search for any asset and open the asset to review details
5. Observe the asset page is rendered as read only and also record meter readings button is not enabled
