ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Users are getting an error when trying to select a certain value of Subscription Profile.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
----------------------
- Access Subscription Configuration
- Go to Subscription Profiles
- Open the Transaction Type LOV
- The Transaction Type the user wants is not to be found
- When creating a Subscription and selecting the Transaction Type from the Subscription creation screen, they will get the error.
