Subscriptions are Missing the 'Bill-To Customer' Value After the Import Activity Succussfully Completes (Doc ID 2987759.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After the 23D release, when performing a Subscription Object import, the created subscriptions are missing the Bill-To Customer value. They do not display in the (UI), User Interface.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

The subscriptions are expected to show the Bill-To Customer displayed on the UI.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Import Management.

2. Preforming a Subscription object import with the following values in the import CSV file:

Only BillToAccountId
or
A combination of BillToAccountId along with BillToAccountNumber


3. See the import activity passes the validation.

4. Submit the import and observe the subscription getting created and activated.

5. Go to the Subscription Overview page and observe the Bill-To Customer value missing.
