Unable To Generate Included Warranty Subscriptions With Subscription Profile Populated Based On Bu Selected On The Asset And Subscription Rules That Are Defined (Doc ID 3005606.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------


While creating included warranty subscriptions, where system is unable to pickup subscription profile mapped with the Business Unit associated with the install base asset.

If Subscription Profile is kept in the Asset Lifecycle Management as Blank, then Included warranties are not getting created at all.

However, if a specific subscription profile value is added in that same attribute, then all the assets are getting created as per that subscription profile rules, which is not the intended scenario.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The warranty to be created with automatically populated Subscription Profile specific to the BU that was chose for the asset

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to create the Warranty
2. It is not generated because the subscription profile is not automatically added
