Random (500) Internal Server Error While Loading Subledger Journals

Symptoms
On : 11.13.24.01.0 version, Journals and Intercompany
When attempting to load Sub ledger Journals via ADFDI the following error occurs randomly
ERROR

The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue cannot be reproduced at will but when it happens the following steps are followed:
1. Navigator > General Accounting > Journals > Task > Create Subledger Journals in Spreadsheet.
2. Open Spreadsheet > Open the file > Give the credentials
3. Enter required data (really small sample data)
4. Submit. After some time (approx. 30 seconds) the error is shown.
