Symptoms

When attempting to run the retro payroll process, the following error occurs:

ERROR

A system error ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows ORA-06512: at "FUSION.PAY_PAYROLL_RUN", line 2207 ORA-06512: at line 1 occurred in table reset_rel_group_status at location 625. Your help desk was notified.
