Symptoms

On Oracle Linux systems, bonding eth0 and eth1 as bond0(mode=1), delay comes when doing 'ifup eth[0-1]' on a bond0.
Problem appears at the ifup eth[0-1]. E.g.:

During executed above commands, ping from the host, found some packets lost(7-20).
