Tests with rds-ping & rds-stress Fail with "bind() failed, errno: 99" (Doc ID 1271342.1)

Symptoms

Doing RDS tests by command rds-ping and rds-stress keep failing. rds-ping fails as below. e.g:

# rds-ping -c 10 -I 10.1.40.37 10.1.40.61
bind() failed, errno: 99 (Cannot assign requested address)


In case of rds-stress this error occurs on server and client side.

Changes

New installation for RDS drivers.
