Error 'multipathd: Error MAX_RETRIES exceeded: getuid_callout for: /lib/udev/scsi_id -g -u -s /block/cciss/c0d0' reports during rebooting (Doc ID 1571849.1)

Symptoms

It appears server boot is taking long(30 minutes) due to device timeouts, but it does eventually boot up.
The problem started after configuring iscsi storage for the first time even though all of the configured storage is accessible once the server boots up.
1. From the system logs, we can see  the multipathd consumed more than 10 minutes and error 'multipathd: Error MAX_RETRIES exceeded: getuid_callout for: /lib/udev/scsi_id -g -u -s /block/cciss/c0d0' reports during rebooting
