Symptoms

Oracle VM Server fails to join a new pool, the following messages can be seen at the job details:

 

Changes

Oracle VM Server was removed from the old pool by unusual procedures (e.g. remove db files on Oracle VM Server) rather than unpresenting or deleting via Oracle VM Manager Web GUI.
