Symptoms
System configuration
- OL5 server with device-mapper multipath configured
- attaches to Sun 7410 Storage
ZFS Storage Failback is initiated on the 7410 which moves the LUN from the primary 7410 controller to the second 7410 controller. However, the LUN becomes permanently unavailable after the failback action.
The server reports following messages in system log (/var/log/messages):
