Often User 'Oracle' is Unable to Access Crontab After Enabling the LDAP Service (Doc ID 1944599.1)

Symptoms

Intermittent issue with scheduled cron jobs. Sometimes, they work and sometimes they do not.

[oracle@<HOST>:/u01/app/oracle/Backup/APPSDB_BACKUP]$ crontab -l
Error in service module
You (oracle) are not allowed to access to (crontab) because of pam configuration.

Changes

 LDAP has been recently configured to sync user data with AD, winbind has been installed as one of the requirement.
