Symptoms
Symptom on Oracle VM Manager:
Repository is not showed in tab 'Repositories' after rediscover server with SAN storage.
The SAN disk of repository being showed in 'Perspective: Physical Disks' but not being showed in 'Shared File Systems'.
Oracle VM manager log shows following error:
