Steps To Replace a Mother Board on an Oracle VM Server without Affecting the Oracle VM Manager (Doc ID 1984408.1)

Goal

There are circumstances  when a SystemBoard needs to be replaced on an Oracle VM 3.X Server that is already presented to an Oracle VM 3.X  Manager.  

Most Common Circumstances  are:

  1.  If you need to replace a SystemBoard of a Server that is still operational
  2.  Server Crashed and it did not come up because the SystemBoard had a hardware failure

This Document is intended to provide guidance to over come this situation without causing trouble to the Oracle VM Manager .
