Symptoms

VIF<N.N>: DRAINING TX QUEUE will be seen in /var/log/messages.

Where <N.N> is the identifier of the virtual interface (e.g. "myserver kernel: vif vif-9-1 vif9.1: draining TX queue")

Changes

A new (virtual) interface may have been added to the virtual machine.
