OCFS2 v1.8: File System hangs with any command (Doc ID 2086064.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Linux 6.6 nodes, commands like rm, ls, df, etc on a particular directory in an ocfs2 filesystem hang.

This issue is seen on all the nodes where that particular filesystem is mounted.

Cluster wide locks are blocked by the nodes and 'quota'(dquot*) threads are seen to be blocked in the vmcore generated by forcefully crashing the system.
