Warning Sign next to a VM Server in the VM Manager after an interruption of the ovs-agent service (Doc ID 2094142.1)

Symptoms

 On Oracle VM, after starting or restarting the ovs-agent on a given server pool, there is a warning sign next to the server's name and the Pool's name in the Graphical User Interface (GUI) of the VM Manager :

When changing the displayed perspective to Events, it shows the following kind of user-acknowledgeable event "Cluster Discovery Failure" :
