OVM Manager error when enabling High Availability for VM (Doc ID 2121013.1)

Symptoms

 The following error occurs while attempting to enable 'High Availability' on two VMs in a server pool.

 

 When it is enabled with 'High Availability' option, the VM begins the boot process but OVM Manager automatically stops the VM. When the HA option is disabled, the VMs boot fine.
