 1. Don't use scp/sftp to measure Network Performance in Oracle VM
 2. Make sure that both the domU and dom0 have all network tuning parameters set properly
 3. Try different bonding modes if possible
 4. Prepare proper troubleshooting test case
 5. Use iperf for testing network performance

 TCP test
 6. Make sure LRO/GRO features are disabled
 7. Verify any Switch/Router/Firewall in the middle of traffic
