[PCA/OVM] After Pressing the "Login" Button in the VM Manager GUI, the Page Stays at "Logging is in progress, please wait a moment" (Doc ID 2175956.1)

On Oracle VM 3.X.X and on Oracle Private Cloud Appliance, all supported releases, it may happen that after entering the login credentials in the VM Manager Graphical User Interface, the page appears to be stuck at "Logging is in progress - Please wait a moment".
