ILOM web console were blank when booting Oracle Linux (Doc ID 2192149.1)

Symptoms

Reboot an Oracle Linux running on Oracle SUN server.
After passing the grub prompt, there were nothing showing up on the ILOM web console, as if it hung.
However after waiting a few minutes with the blank screen, the login prompt show up.

Nothing abnormal were observed when booting into rescue mode.
