Oracle VM Server Stuck in "Starting" Status in Manager GUI (Doc ID 2220115.1)

Symptoms

Oracle VM Servers are stuck with status "Starting" under "Servers & VMs".

All commands will be greyed out. Therefore no job like "Create VM guest", "Refresh server" can be done from the GUI.

Changes

Added "Server Update Repositories" under the "Server Update Groups" tab.

 2. The rediscover option is greyed out.  Rediscover all the servers from the OVM CLI using following steps
