The following procedure describes how to reconfigure an existing Oracle VM 3.x Oracle Linux 6 (OL6) guest Virtual Machine (VM) from Paravirtualised (PVM) to Hardware Virtualised with Paravirtualised Drivers (HVM+PV).
The conversion requires modification to the guest itself, as well as to the Oracle VM guest configuration.
All changes to the Oracle VM guest configuration file (vm.cfg) should solely be performed via Oracle VM Manager.
