Unable to Server Pool using EMC Storage (Doc ID 2250153.1)

On : 3.4.2 version, Oracle VM Manager

When attempting to create a server pool
the following error occurs.

Error creating clusterHeartbeatDevice object: OVMAPI_4010E Attempt to send command: create_pool_filesystem to server: oraclevm1 failed. OVMAPI_4004E Sync command failed on server: <ip>. Command: create_pool_filesystem,

Server error: org.apache.xmlrpc.XmlRpcException: :Command: ['mkfs.ocfs2', '-b', '4K', '-C', '4K', '-J', 'size=4M', '-N', '32', '-L', 'OVS_POOL_FILESYSTEM', '-U', '0004fb0000050000d981f7f32d5aedc6', '--global-heartbeat', '--cluster-stack=o2cb', '--cluster-name=43e7c7be4d13fecb', '--force', '/dev/mapper/36000144000000010706d07f20c038f17'] failed (1): stderr: mkfs.ocfs2 1.8.6
mkfs.ocfs2: Could not open device /dev/mapper/36000144000000010706d07f20c038f17: Invalid argument
WARNING!!! OCFS2 uses the UUID to uniquely identify a file system.
Having two OCFS2 file systems with the same UUID could, in the least,
cause erratic behavior, and if unlucky, cause file system damage.
Please choose the UUID with care.
