Unable to Server Pool using EMC Storage (Doc ID 2250153.1)

Symptoms

On : 3.4.2 version, Oracle VM Manager

When attempting to create a server pool
the following error occurs.

mkfs.ocfs2: Could not open device /dev/mapper/36000144000000010706d07f20c038f17: Invalid argument
