Oracle VM Manager 3.4.X Repository - Incorrect reporting of "Apparent Size" or Incorrect reporting of "Apparent Size" when using GUI or command line.

File System size is 250 GB and created a 124GB virtual disk in it. expect the apparent size of the repository to be if not 124GB?
