Symptoms

Virtualized RAC nodes (1 out of 2) goes very slow.  The first noticeable impact on the databases running on this VM exaadm01vm04 was that they became extremely slow when doing I/O's.
Below error messages started to be seen on Dom0 and DomU /var/log/messages files: -
