Starting Spacewalk osa-dispatcher Shows Error "Not able to Reconnect ERROR: unhandled exception occurred: (can't write str to text stream)." (Doc ID 2295013.1)

Symptoms

While starting the spacewalk service, the following error is shown when starting the osa-dispatcher service

# /usr/sbin/spacewalk-service start

Starting c2s: [ OK ]
Starting s2s: [ OK ]
