[ PCA 2.3.x ] Compute Nodes Randomly Reboot after Upgraded to Release 2.3.x (Doc ID 2314504.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Private Cloud Appliance, release 2.3.1, after successfully performing an upgrade to release 2.3.1, compute nodes appear to reboot for an undetermined reason.

/var/log/messages on the compute node may show the following kind of symptoms :
