Oracle Linux: "Warning: No 802.3ad Response From The Link Partner For Any Adapters In The Bond" (Doc ID 2317336.1)

Symptoms

Bond interface in mode 4, 802.3ad/LACP, with link down and warning message "No 802.3ad response from the link partner for any adapters in the bond" in the system logs.

The bonded interface bond0 stopped responding after eth2 went down.

On /var/log/message can be found similar kernel bond and interface driver messages sequence:
