Symptoms

Server reports below EXT4 errors in the /var/log/messages :

Nov 9 11:12:17 server1 kernel: EXT4-fs (dm-2): orphan cleanup on readonly fs
Nov 9 11:12:17 server1 kernel: EXT4-fs (dm-2): 20 orphan inodes deleted
Nov 9 11:12:17 server1 kernel: EXT4-fs (dm-2): recovery complete
Nov 9 11:12:17 server1 kernel: EXT4-fs (dm-2): mounted filesystem with ordered data mode. Opts: (null)
Nov 9 11:16:08 server1 kernel: imklog 5.8.10, log source = /proc/kmsg started.
