'CPU Affinity' Setting for VMs on NUMA Systems (Doc ID 2335663.1)

VM's  CPU affinity is  always set to 0-7 without any cpu-pin setting in VM's vm.cfg  and also do not set vcpu by tool ovm_vmcontrol .
