[PCA 2.x] Provision Compute Node Fails with "Error running create shared filesystem. ILOM MAC: xxx. Marking node as dead." (Doc ID 2351112.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Private Cloud Appliance, re-provisioning a compute node fails with the following kind of error being reported in the /var/log/ovca.log of the primary management node :
