ODA: Guest Is Hung on VNC Client Connection

Symptoms
Import a template to ODA, and add "vnclisten = '0.0.0.0'" to vm.cfg.
After starting this VM, tried to access using tightvnc with <dom0-ip>:5901 but guest OS is stuck on VNC client connection.
You may get a black screen, or sometimes the screen is just stuck with Linux bootup messages.
On Oracle VM server (dom0), 'xm list' shows the guest is already started.
