Updating the new host name in the shell prompt

Goal
To update the new hostname in the shell prompt.
Note: In this case, the hostname(OracleLinux6) has already been updated in /etc/sysconfig/network and /etc/hosts file, but still needs to be updated in the shell prompt.
Example - to change the old shell prompt as below:
From : [root@OL6 ~]#
To : [root@OracleLinux6 ~]#
