Oracle VM: Fail to start up ovmm service timed out with error SQLException: Data Source ovm-odof-ds does not exist, after re-installed OVMM and restored DB backup (Doc ID 2477761.1)

Symptoms

After re-installed OVMM with same UUID and restored from DB backup, start ovmm service failed:
# service ovmm start
Starting Oracle VM Manager Time out ...

AdminServer log has error:
