Kdump Service Fails To Start In Secure Boot Mode in OL6 (Doc ID 2526361.1)

Symptoms

The kdump service cannot be started while an Oracle Linux 6 server is booted using secure boot mode. The kdump service fails with following error:

# service kdump start
Secure Boot is enabled. Using kexec file based syscall.
kexec_file_load failed: Required key not available
