Kdump over NFS Failed to Start with "Permission denied" Error (Doc ID 2529836.1)

Symptoms

The logs from the iLOM snapshot showed "Permission denied" and "Bad NFS mount" errors as mentioned below:

/etc/kdump.conf
Rebuilding /boot/initrd-2.6.39-400.297.3.el5uekkdump.img
mount: <NFS_Server_IP>:/dump_dir failed, reason given by server: Permission denied
/etc/kdump.conf: Bad NFS mount <NFS_Server_IP>:/dump_dir
Failed to run mkdumprd
Starting kdump:[FAILED]
