Connection to Oracle VM Manager Web UI Fails With "The Connection Was Reset". (Doc ID 2545293.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to connect to Oracle VM Manager web UI at the URL below, it fails with "The connection was reset" (Firefox) and "This page can't be displayed" (IE).

User accesses to the manager web UI via an ssh tunnel. Hence; the URL used is as below:

https://127.0.0.1:7002/ovm/console
