Goal

Find a way to reduce rsyslog updates from the rsyslog clients to the Rsyslog Server.
 
If prefer to receive client updates only during certain times in the day.   Setting the rsyslog client configuration to update only during specified times in the day is possible.

Example: Send syslog activity to the server at 6 AM and 6 PM daily. Ensuring all activity is included since the last update.
