OLVM: Login To Manager UI Fails With Error "No route to host(Host unreachable)" (Doc ID 2565773.1)

Unable to login to Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager UI, it fails with error:
"No route to host(Host unreachable)"

In /var/log/ovirt-engine/engine.log, we can see following errors:

 The IP address of the server running the Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager was changed.
